A friend has asked me to help her find a good real estate professional in Versailles Kentucky to help her sell. I have called 7 agents in 4 days and only had one call back. (I'm not sure if they are selling the blue grass down there or smoking it).
She needs a media savvy experienced pro who knows how to market real estate to get a sale in 4 weeks (not 4 months which is the typical list to sell time apparently!!!!) Any suggestions would be appreciated.
