If you had an extra $5k to invest in your business, how would you spend it?

Lender, Realtor, Home Inspector... Anyone in real estate! I have had a series of USDA Rural Development settlements recently that have really helped out and I want to re-invest a little extra in my business. So I will leave my thoughts out and ask you what you would do. I will blog what I did and how it worked so stay tuned!
