Closed Transactions July 1-7

Almost no activity this week, and what little there was was much less than that during the same holiday weekend last year.

Except for Kingston, time on market was less in all areas, particularly in Bainbridge Island.  For the second straight week, the average selling price in Bainbridge was significantly lower than the median.  We expected activity to drop at the end of the tax credit incentive deadline, but not this much.
