Careful! Using The Right Realtor To Sell Your Short Sale Just Might Work!
If you are in need of a short sale real estate agent to help sell your Springfield real estate, be sure this is what you want. 
Having completed a large number of Springfield short sales, my goal is to successfully save your home from foreclosure. If this is what you expect, don't change your mind once I've negotiated the short sale for you.
After working for several months with your bank, negotiating the short sale, pleading with the buyer's agent to encourage the buyers to hang in there until we have the bank reach a decision, then you decide to forget the whole process and let the home go to forclosure only gives you:

- Renting for the next 7-10 years, due to a foreclosure.
- Interviewing for a new job, just to be turned down if the new employer runs a credit check and finds a foreclosure on your record.
