ZIP code 85035 comprises a rectangular 5 square mile area of west Phoenix. It lies between McDowell Road in the south and Thomas Road in the north. The western boundary is 83rd Avenue and the eastern boundary is 43rd Avenue. It lies just north of the Papago Freeway and between Maryvale and Tolleson.

Summary
Real estate activity in the Phoenix Metro area market continues to deteriorate, where demand in the market is roughly the same as the supply.
