ZIP code 85045 comprises a 4 square mile area of South Phoenix in the west of the area known as Ahwatukee Foothills. It lies between Pecos Road in the south and South Mountain Park in the north. The western boundary runs along the diagonal line defined by an extension of Dusty Lane and 27th Avenues. The eastern boundary is rather complex but runs partially along Central Avenue and 1st Street. It includes Club West Golf Club.

Summary
Real estate activity in the Phoenix Metro area market continues to deteriorate, where demand in the market is roughly the same as the supply.
