In July of 2007 there were 13 homes that closed within the month for Milford MA. This is an decrease of seven units as there were twenry homes that closed in July of 2006.
The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for July of 2007 was $376,758
The Average list price for the homes that closed in Milford for July of 2006 was $395,622
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for July of 2007 was $364,538
The Average sale price for the homes that closed in Milford for July of 2006 was $384,040
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford in July of 2007 was 149 days.
The Average Market time for the homes that closed in Milford July of 2006 was 139 days.
Six homes went under agreement in Milford MA in the month of July. The average list price of the homes that went under agreement was $341,567. The average time on the market for these Milford homes were 113 days.
January - July Market Statistics for Milford MA
