Yes it is over the closing that went sso bad is over. I talked with the Broker at the co-Brokerage office and iformed of all of the travisty and the agent trying to get out of a commitment he made to keep the seller on board and then said I can't do that. I informed of all of the etics violations and how we were going to pursue this with the Board and file a complaint. The broker said let's fix this whatever it takes. It was done the money was paid to the seller for considerations made and it closed. It was a shame to have to call the agents Broker to make him perform to the standards we are all held to.
