ZIP code 85310 comprises a 12 square mile area of North Glendale. It lies mainly between Deer Valley Road in the south and Jomax Road in the north. The western boundary runs along 67th and 75th Avenues and the Agua Fria while the eastern boundary is 35th Avenue. Phoenix lies to the north and east and Peoria to the west.
It includes Thunderbird Park and the 500 Club.

June reported Sales/SF at $99, FLAT from $100/SF in May, and DOWN from $115/SF in June the prior year.
Summary
Real estate activity in the Phoenix Metro area market continues to deteriorate, where demand in the market is roughly the same as the supply.
