Hernando MS saw a slight increase in the number of homes sold for the month of June compared with the previous month.  There were 30 residential sales in Hernando MS with an average sales price of $182,980 and an average days on the market of 157.

June 2009
sales:  31     avg $165,633     avg DOM 183
