In the business world our performance is reality and in the end what counts.  

We can talk about what we're going to do but it's only our performance that counts. We can make excuses for thing not done satisfactory but everything is said and done our performance is reality. 

We set our customers reality through creating customer expectations. When we create customer expectation our first objective is to exceed them not to just meet them.    

Your performance will either place you above the crowd or put you in the pack.  

Your performance is your customer's reality.
