What a nice home, Patricia... I have such a warm place in my heart for places like this and it's been a big dream of mine to have something similar. Homes built in the 20's and 30's, especially in the Nantucket style, how charming. Like Paul (#4) I Google'd it to take a look around. I can see myself in the room with the fireplace and the built in book shelves, grand piano in the center! Best of luck on this one, it'll make an awesome home for the new owner.
