Planting the seeds for a sustainable future Real Estate Market

The economy struggles to slowly re-build which begs the question how can we plant the seeds for the future Real Estate Market?

If interest rates rise by 2% and home values stay flat over the next three to five years the seeds we plant today will allow our 1st time buyers to move up as well as those affected by short sales or foreclosure to move in.

The more FHA and VA offers that are accepted today (remember both are assumable loans) will allow these clients to sell at a higher price and move up.

One of the best memories is when clients receive the keys to their 1st home. The excitement and the joy evident on their faces is priceless.

Ernest Reyla of Prudential Real Estate Benicia Ca hands over the keys to an active duty veteran Charlston Pasok proudly serving at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield Ca.

Another fellow veteran safely in his 1st home!

Plant careful seeds to ensure our Real Estate Market stays fluid in the coming years!

I don't get to work with first-time buyers very often, but it's very rewarding when I do!

Bill,

When the keys are handed over to any client it's a memorable moment.

Best wishes for the rest of 2010.

Paul
