Despite Calgary real estate sales being down in condo and single family sales, the luxury market seems to be holding ground. There is an increase in luxture homes sales over the $1M within the Calgary area.
I have also seen this trend in other real estate markets across the country. What is interesting is that whereever these buyers are they typically have a home to sell, so in a market where only upgarde homes are on the move, how are these buyers able to buy up?
