How do you see and treat your self?

Give it a read and let me know what do you think?

Love and Appreciate yourself, because if you don't love yourself you are not loving someone else!

Be honest with yourself, and with all others!

Express yourself truthfully and freely!

Know that you are abundant and be carefull!

Remember humor, have fun, and don't take life so serouisly otherwise you will never come out of it alive!

Don't forget to take your time to choose wisely!

There's nothing at all greater than or lesser than yourself!

Nothing and no one can/will harm you unless you choose to allow it to happen to you!

I tried to teach my children that lesson. I learned it later in life and didn't want my children to not love themselves first to make them have better relationships with others. If only we could have wisdom and youth at the same time.
