Welcome again to our small but determined group.

I am the only CRP in our area outside of relocation departments so I particularly welcome having a group with which to discuss relocation issues.

Until April 30, RE/MAX had a relocation outsourcing company with which we worked very closely. The corporation decided to terminate this business.  We are now working to recraft our marketing strategy toward targeting the other relocation companies. Since this happened - unannounced - at the height of the Spring market, e are just turning our attention to it now.

Do any of you have ideas you can share on how to do this successfully?

The issue is how to get increased referrals from the relo departments and third party service providers.

I am interested in becoming much more involved in this area. I seem to have attracted a lot of people who are relocating to the area just by chance and I love working with them so I think I should do it on purpose! I am just now exploring the processm of becoming a CRP

Hello Joe,

I work for a relocation company and we pick our Realtors off of the ERC list. I just pulled up Chapel Hill, NC and don't see you or your company on the ERC list that we use. I would suggest getting on that if you are not already.
