Hi Sharon, That is a neat idea. Best Deals. Who would think that such values would even exist in one of the most elite ( and fun) places to live on the coast of California. When the economy comes back, those values will vanish.

Hi Sharon!  I love this idea!  In CA do you have to have permission from other Brokers to use their listings in an ad?  We do here but, I tell everyone--if you sell it, I'm ALL for ANY ads you want to place (as long as they're positive ads, of course)!
