3. Islander on the Beach #342. Studio unit. MLS#234492 $119,600. Owned by Pacific Rim Bank. Sold $110,000 Cash 7/8/2010.

Because of the consistency of new listed REOs it seems I no longer post Upcoming REOs, mine or other companies. But I will use this post to comment on a few. I will have a new Brideswood Terrace home (thats the west end of Kalaheo) coming up soon. Also the residence at 190 Kolekona St. It was on the market for years before the bank took it back. It is a newer home in Wailua Homesteads. Other new REOs coming up with me are Prince Kuhio 214, a Poipu condo and also a larger high end home in Princeville. The most exciting REO news last week is that I am in the running for a multi million dollar REO in Kilauea, Kauai.  I will post more info on this REO when I have it.
