The other day I had a client come into the office. Needless to say it was not for a cup of coffee. After the client vented for awhile and I spoke to him he left. The next day another agent in our office called and said the client had called him and wanted him to list his home. I wanted to jump for joy as this client was a pain in my backside. Anyway the meaning of peltast is: light shield. As I've said before some clients bring joy when they come and some when they leave. Join "wordsmith" on AR. It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

I just had a client of 4 years cancel my mgmt contract with 60 days notice. The home was almost rented and I diverted the prospects to another property as I know that the bath roof leaks and I cancelled the agreement earlier and returned her keys. She then called me saying she was in town from the UK and needed to get into her home. HELLO! I e-mailed you 2 weeks ago I was sending you the keys...she changed the locks and a week later she e-mails that keys were in her mail she had not checked before leaving * HELLO! that's why I alerted you via e-mail I was sending them to you" then I get an e-mail that she was mugged at London train station - I'm ignoring her e-mails and not responding * somehow we are now friends?

I don't let the door hit me on my way out the door~!!!!
