Hmmm....this is one more sign of a shift in real estate marketing.    The consumer is in charge, and this is a consumer oriented biz site/plan.     Means a realtor has to showcase differently.

Much to our dismay, there will ALWAYS be people going the For Sale by Owner route and that is the only reason I have a national For Sale by Owner and For Rent by Owner website.  I believe I saw a stat recently where there are over 4000 FSBO's in Arizona alone. 

At some point in the future though, this website will be much more than a FSBO site, but a consumer site where people will be able to sell almost anything, like a hybrid between a real estate site, craigslist, ebay and all of the others..  This was really the initial reason I spent so much money of the domain name...  I already have the logo and the slogan ready to go...
