Newport Beach Short Sales agent needed to work Balboa Island, Lido Island, and Newport Coast areas

We are looking for two Sales Associates with the below characteristics - Real Estate License with no history of discipline, etc. is required:   

(1) Enthusiastic (the kind of person that enjoys meeting new people and is good with people and can ascertain Client's financial needs)

(2) Motivated (we need someone willing to pick up the phone and get out of the office to generate leads and close deals that are incoming leads)

(3) Detail oriented (when dealing with nice homes and exclusive clientele, you should be experienced in paying special attention to the details, paperwork, follow-up etc.).

(4) Loss mitigation / loan modification / Short Sale experience dealing with the major lenders and loan servicers is also a huge plus as our focus is on short sales.  Knowledge of the short sales process is extremely important.

(5) Friendly - People do business with people they like.  You must be friendly, outgoing, and yet assertive.
