Seeing Real Estate Advertising Differently

For some time, I have been wondering what would happen or could happen if real estate advertising changed from endless pictures of homes in a rectangular boxes to something excitedly bold and different.

I created this image this evening to find out. In my wildest imagination, people will come to Santa Fe, New Mexico to see if this home actually is in the clouds. There would be an increase in tourism and our local destination economy could generate more jobs and more real estate sales. Or, an online buyer surfing real estate sites in the middle of the night would decide to relocate to Santa Fe in a nanosecond. Better yet, many of my peers might begin to see differently and let their imagination become more involved in their real estate practice. Wow! What a stimulus!

Just imagine what could happen if we all began to see real estate differently and make it different in the process. I am sending this image out to you like throwing a pebble in a pond. Where the ripples will go and what will change is for the future to reveal.

Perhaps a buyer looking for a home in Santa Fe New Mexico will now fall in love with this home on 4316 Cloud Dance and act on it. After all, it is where clouds dance. Enjoy!
