It is important to see the number of homes taken "Off" the market. While many of these homes will return to the marketplace a week or two; seeing a listing "expire" means that the seller and agent thought or expected the home to be sold by now.

Love your Beagle and as you know, periodically I Need a Beagle-Fix. thanks for always providing your pal--that way we won't feel sad at our loss of out 3. and More aptly, will not open our home to any more as I would be concerned about our leaving this earth, or not being able to care for any pet, much less a Beagle--God's creature filled with boundless activity, curiosity,& energy.
