The Briargate housing market continues to be a BUYERS Market, as there is currently a 7.2 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales units were down 6% from 2009 to 2008, but pricing was down 6% from 2009 to 2008.    Pricing and sales are continuing to see some increasing in 2010.
