I noticed an Obvious form of advertising that I can't believe I missed. I had recently bought a new car and noticed that I had been advertising the car dealership where I bought the car. Have you ever noticed all the cars on the road with a license plate holder that advertise where the person typically bought the car? Well I'm about to change that. I have ordered custom license plate holders that advertise for me and my business. For about $20.00 I can advertise my real estate business and my website all day every day with no monthly fees! Cheap long term advertising is the only way to fly in this business. Do a quick google search for custom license plate holders and start advertising your business today.

My husband always makes the dealership (we lease) take off their plate AND peel off the sticker if there is one. He thinks it's tacky that we are advertising their dealership. I agree - put your own realtor plate!!!

Just one drawback... If you accidentally cut off another driver (or annoy them in any way), they know who you are...

But you're right, we should be advertising ourselves and not our car dealership!
