One of my team members recently took a weekend trip to the Texas Hill Country. And a highlight was the Rockbox Theater in Fredericksburg, Texas. Friends had recommended the show as comedic, musical & downright entertaining! And they were right on the money.

The show included a tribute to the Beatles, a musical history of the importance of Texas musicians like Willie Nelson, Buddy Holly, Roy Orbison & Stevie Ray Vaughan (to name a few) and a few lyrical twists on music that had the audience laughing & begging for more.

The talented cast was amazing. Outstanding vocals & creativity & pure enjoyment rolled into one. And this was a variety show for the entire family - all generations will enjoy this show. In fact, the Rockbox Theater was rated the #1 Attraction in Texas by Trip Advisor.

They offer regular showtimes as follows:

Friday 8PM
Saturday 4:30 PM and 8 PM
Sunday 1:30 PM
Summer Thursday Nights (thru August 12) 7 PM

There isn't a bad seat in the theater & ticket prices range from $28 to $40 per person, with Senior, Active Military & Group Rates offered.

Susan, You are so right, the talent at the Rockbox is unbeatable. We loved them when they were in Granbury also before they moved here.

Isn't there a Pacific Theater WWII museum in Fredericksburg because it was the home of Chester W. Nimitz?

Thanks for the info, Susan! I would love to visit the museum. The closest I have come to it is when we have come down to Austin for KW related seminars.
