NEWS: $100 Million Here, $100 Million There When is the last time that there was more that one $100 million dollar project going on less than 5 miles apart in Macomb County? We talked before about The Mall at Partridge Creek, an outside mall near M-59 and Romeo Plank. Less than a week ago the Detroit Free Press reported that John Carlo, one of the largest private developers in the United States, broke ground on the highly anticipated Macomb EXPO Center. The superstructure will stretch over 100,000 square feet alone, not to mention the many additional plazas and possible hotel, and will employ over 2000 people. The location will run along I-94 all the way from M-59 to 21 Mile Rd! We all know of the Novi EXPO Center that has great community events all year around. A much needed boost in the local economy and business traffic will appear soon thanks to the addition of the Macomb EXPO Center. These new developments only add to the desirability of the area. Soon driving to Rochester, another outside mall, and to Novi, for events will be a thing of the past for Macomb County residents. We have everything we need right here in our own backyard, great shopping, fine dining, and huge community events. One thing is for sure, the management at the new EXPO center better reserve a vendor table for The REIA of Macomb at their first annual Homes Show!

Augusts Pre-Foreclosure Equity Extravaganza Quinn grew up on Chicago's Southside the youngest of 8 kids. After selling real estate and originating mortgage loans for 8 years, Quinn took a class called ‘smart foreclosure buying'. Stumbling into his first deal, he became
amazed at the opportunity to build wealth while simultaneously helping distressed home owners. Over the next 6 years, Quinn employed a unique system he pioneered allowing him to complete 112 preforeclosure transactions. By 2003 word had spread and Quinn started receiving requests to teach his investing system to aspiring real estate investors. Since then he has shared his system with hundreds of investors all across America.

6:00 - 7:00: Extreme Networking - An hour of personal networking and greeting will be allowed before the actual meeting begins.
7:00 - 7:15: Kickoff - We will introduce our speaker, and get acquainted with our new members.
7:15 - 9:00: Pre Foreclosure Equity Extravaganza
