1 Comments on Why I dive for Cats and you should too!
Hi Donald - This one was sure worth a reblog and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I have had listings with indoor cats, and I try to convince the sellers to put the cat in a carrier for a few hours so none of the open house guests will let her outside. Sometimes it's just kids opening a door without reading a sign.
A few weeks ago, I was on a broker tour when one of the agents opened the door to the garage and in raced 5 dogs, from one huge one down to one tiny little guy that was so excited to see a house full of strangers that he piddled everywhere. The listing agent and two of the others spent about 20 minutes rounding them all back up and putting them back in the garage, and cleaning up the puddles. The LA admitted she had forgotten to put a sign up. I must say that it was the most exciting broker open I had ever attended!
