Presidio Place has been a very popular condominium complex during the 2000s because of its location, excellent property management, and strong HOA. There are 402 units built from 1979 to 1981. Units range in size from 695 square feet to 1,834 square feet. Bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 1/1, 1/2, 2/2, and 3/2.

Amenities at Presidio Place include swimming pool, spa, picnic areas, water fountains and streams, club house, tennis courts, and common area laundry facilities. Some units also have in-unit laundry areas.

Homeowner Association dues range from about $385 to about $465 a month, usually depending on condominium size, and include common area maintenance, landscaping, exterior building and roof maintenance, sewer, water, trash pickup, and limited insurance.

• 2/2 with 1,118 square feet listed at $299,500

So far in 2010, seven units have sold:
