I just performed a search on homes that will be headed to the public auction in Temecula, CA. I used the date range from 7/13/2010 through 7/30/2010. Would it surprise you if I told you there are 326 homes scheduled to be auctioned? Although that is a high number, a good majority of these will be postponed and scheduled for a later date. The sad reality is that some will be lost to foreclosure. I wonder how many people are still being misguided and mislead by their lenders in hopes for a loan modification.
