Eden Real Estate, Huntsville Real Estate, and Liberty Utah Real Estate combined to increase 133%, going from only 9 homes sold to 21. Inventory is still outrageous for the amount of homes listed versus what have sold but the improvements are encouraging. Price of Upper Ogden Valley homes also rocketed as median price increased 24% and average price jumped 72%!
