Right on James...one of the keys in todays market in my area is diversification in real estate- there are so many things you can be doing to garner business!

So true...lots of agents think its going to be handed to them...I am a door knocker, love prospecting neighborhoods, you meet so many people even if they dont want to list with you its  still good to get out there.
