Look up, even when reaching the sky there are challenges, sometimes the clouds are mean and sometimes friendly. Go for it either way!

Hi Lisa & Robert - Hey when we have blue skies and sunshine, I am clicking that camera as much as possible!  And basking in the sunshine while it lasts!!

Hi Ellen -  So true that reaching for the sky (or our goals) brings challenges.  There is something about the way this tree stood above the rest of the nearby ones...kind of inspiring!

Nancy, Love that blue sky!  Our sky has too many rain clouds right now.

It is a secret, that it does not rain as much as people are told it does in Washington.  The rain thing was thought up to keep people from coming up to the western side of that lovely state.  OK, I confess, I miss Washington and yes I do enjoy the rain.

Hi Gloria - I will wish you some blue skies too!  As soon as we have sunny weather, people just walk around smiling!!

Shhhh Steve - nobody's supposed to know that it doesn't always rain here in Washington!!!  LOL!  I do have one aunt though that doesn't believe me that it really isn't always cloudy or rainy - she has been out here to visit a number of times and has NEVER seen Mt Rainier "out".  How long ago did you leave Washington??

And doing a very good job, too. You should also join the ActiveRain Nature Station group and post nature photos there.

Thanks Russel - I did join the group & will post my next nature photos there for sure :)

Thanks Sharon - I think this is one of those "I just can't resist getting the camera" shots - there was just something about it that spoke to me.  Glad you liked it too.

Beautiful blue sky.  That tree looks like it is really tall!

Hi Debra - it is pretty tall & just seems to really rise above the surrounding ones so that I had to grab the camera to capture it!
