  2. A Leasing Agent will detail your temporary apartment requirements. Location. Size. Price range. Pet friendly. Everything you want and need. Temporary apartment
  3. We find a temporary apartment that meets your requirements.
  4. We present all temporary apartment options to you, so you can consider what you like best.
  5. You choose which temporary apartment fits your needs.
  6. We provide a detailed pricing quote on the accommodation to you for review.
  7. You approve the quote on the temporary apartment.
  8. You choose your temporary apartment.
  9. You sign the temporary apartment lease with our Leasing Agent.
  10. Once the lease is approved and signed, we prepare your temporary apartment for you to move in, complete with all furnishings, housewares, and amenities.
  11. You move in to your fully furnished apartment, condo or townhouse.
  12. We manage the utilities, and bill you or your company monthly. All services combined into one invoice.

A Corporate Housing leasing agent will stay in contact with you throughout your stay to ensure everything runs smoothly. Prior to completion of your stay, we contact you to verify your status.  If you are going to move as initially indicated, we arrange the details.
