Here we are at the office of Anna Banana, Phoenix Property Shoppe, in very warm (that's a local term, it's 108 outside at lunch hour) Phoenix, Arizona.  Broker Banana is conducting a workshop on getting started with Active Rain (AR) for newbies and beginners.

This is terrific for those agents, title and escrow and mortgage folks attending who are just joining AR.  Anna is discussing how, when, why, hou much, what to do and not do about blogging.  The challenging part is simply jumping in and getting started.  Anna is helping newbies cut through the obstacles and get going by taking advantage of all that she has learned.

Anna is great about sharing her experiences and recommending short cuts.  Additionally, she's sharing about building relationships, reading and commenting on other blogs, and joining different groups.
