How Did This REALTOR® Do More Business in the Past 8 Weeks Than All of Last Year?

EXIT Realty Adds Crossfire Training with Alex Szinegh to MIND-SET Training Systems Arsenal

Valarie Jacobs, EXIT Dynamic Realty"What I learned is that a small shift can make a huge, quantum leap in your business. I've written more buyer agency agreements, contracts, listings in the last 8 weeks (because I did the Boot Camp as well), than I did all of last year.  So it's absolutely amazing - if you're thinking about taking the class, you have to take it!"

Valarie Jacobs, sales rep with EXIT Dynamic Realty in Burtonsville, MD is talking about Crossfire Sales Training, the latest weapon in EXIT Realty's MIND-SET Training Systems arsenal.

Taught by veteran real estate trainer and coach, Alex Szinegh, Crossfire Sales Training is a six week, hands-on, time-spaced Boot Camp training program designed to teach agents proper role-playing, how to use the phone to generate leads and appointments and how to build a successful real estate career. Participants are required to do homework and produce results; accountability is the key!

  • Day one: Mind-set and Attitude
  • Day two: Effective Prospecting and Qualifying
  • Day three: The Listing Appointment - Phase I
  • Day four: The Listing Appointment - Phase II
  • Day five: Negotiations and Objections
  • Day six: Follow-Up and Listing Maintenance

"I also learned that I used to depend on hiding behind the computer.  I rarely went out on the listings I got; everything was signed over the computer - I kind of just did everything over the internet but you have to get out there and get personally involved in your business.  I learned that here," said Jacobs.  "I didn't want to call anybody - I met as little as possible and all of that had to change and [I] had to be willing to try something new.  Since I've put myself out there personally, everything has changed and I'm just so excited about what's to come."

Good for you!  A change in attitude will go a long way.  Sounds like the training paid off.
