Hi Cheryl, I always like to post my flyers on Active Rain as well as Facebook and any other website pages I can. I am not a big fan of Open houses, but, sellers like them :) So, sometimes I do them. I was kind of excited about this one...decided to do it on a Sunday, because across the corner is a Church and I thought I would get some traffic that way. What was funny is that I got a call from an agent who was going to send me an offer on Friday evening, lol... The buyers came through the open house, because after all my signs and advertising, I didn't want to not have it. It is under contract and should be closing soon!!! But, not necessarily from the Open House!!
