This week I have experienced some phenomenal customer service and random acts of kindness and I would like to acknowledge a few of them and thank the following special people from ActiveRain and my daily life:

Karen Anne Stone - thank you for your candor and willingness to share your experience with many of us.  Your humor cracks me up and I enjoy reading what pearls of wisdom you can teach us and what mischief you are getting into on a daily basis.  From one teacher to another, you make learning about posting an adventure! 

Nevin Williams- what a friend and mentor you have become in a short period of time!  Not only are you helping  my new client find and qualify for a great loan, but you have taken the time this week to help me improve my blog, SEO, taught me HTML and more.  I look forward to meeting you in the near future and to expanding our business relationship! 

Jane Grant - thank you, thank you for an informative post on Facebook Fan pages!  Your new group, will definitely help those of us who have ventured into the Facebook realm to optimize our pages.  I appreciate your openness and enthusiasm to share this with us! 

Kalani Francisco, my golf pro at Torrey Pines Golf School, thank you so much for your patience and skills to cure my slice and to make golf fun for me again!  There was absolutely no pressure to "buy" more lessons and your instruction allows me to find my way through practicing at the driving range or coming back anytime to touch it up a bit.  Thank you! 

Joe Hoffman at the Verizon store in La Jolla, a special thank you for your patience to help me convert my Blackberry to the new Droid.  What a cool phone and your knowledge, enthusiasm and helpfulness made it a pleasure to do business with you.  Every salesperson could learn from you!
