Just had to stop by and say hi!!  This blog caught my eye because (a) we lived in Canton, GA for a few years and were blown away by the beauty of the north Georgia area and (b)  I have actually BEEN to Blairsville...was living in Richmond, VA at the time, working for AMF Bowling and there was a brand new AMF Bowling center in Blairsville, where we went to shoot photography for an ad campaign.  Although some of the crew with us was a bit perturbed by it being a dry county, LOL, and there was a lack of cell phone coverage at the time,  I thought it was a little slice of heaven.  Absolutely gorgeous spot!

Greetings from the North Georgia Mountains!

Susan: WOW! Small world! That bowling alley is right across the street from my church! Your old crew would STILL be perturbed...Union County remains dry. But, they are having another vote soon on the issue, so, who knows...Where you currently live is not too shabby either!

Thanks for stopping by!
