Adorable dogs you have! So precious. Article- I hate reading things like this.. It makes me want to beat the owner and cry all at the same time. So unfortunate. There are laws that protect the animals now. That lady could be in for it. Fines fines fines. Thanks for sharing.
As temperatures push up, the dangers increase. We will be experiencing triple-digit days for the weekend, I hope many people see and read your post. Love your pets - and in this weather, leave them home!
Nicole, at least everything worked out alright!
Jack, great point!
It looks like you have two very happy doggies!!!!! And thanks for the link ... that was one smart dog!!!!
Thanks for sharing,
Lori Cofer
Thank God that dog was smarter than its owner. There was a horrific story awhile back about a handler who left a number of dogs in the van after a show and all but one died. I want to shake people like that.
It's been a long time since I've had time to take the time to read blogs. Yours has always been one of my favorites, so I'm glad that I had time to take the time to read yours tonight! You have great pictures and great thoughts. You have a talent of writing and attracting comments to your written words and pictures. I still think you are 2 of the best real estate agents in the country!
How could you forget your pet? I am glad the dog was thinking.
Very cute pics of Kobi and Moira.
Spending my life in Florida, I already know to NEVER, EVER leave a pet or child waiting in a car, even if you're just dashing into a store for a minute! Temperatures rises VERY quickly. I can't tell you how many stories are in the news here, about children dying in overheated vehicles!
Lori, Thank you, and that is one smart dog!
Geri, It is good to have one of these type stories have a good ending.
Janet, Thank you!
Steve, I am glad that this ended well!
Lisa, I don't really think that it matters where you live, there is just too much that can go wrong to leave living things in the car.
That is awful about that poor dog-thank goodness he was rescued. There was a dog out here recently that was not so fortunate. How is owner could leave him in the car to die is unbelieveable. Thank goodness he was arrested.
Your dogs are beautiful!
Debra, I am glad that the owner was arrested for leaving a dog in the car! That would be a terrible way to die! Thank you about our two dogs!
