4. Allow your home to be shown whenever a buyer wants to look at it whether it's convenient for you or not. Work around their schedule. With the huge number of homes on the market, the agent may be trying to show less homes. You want to make sure it's convenient to show yours. You don't want it dropped from the list of homes the buyer wants to see just because the time is not convenient for you.
