I'm thinking about starting a secret, covert, buyer-flaked list.............

Don't you just hate it when buyers pull out on your listings for no good reason at all?

I'm sure you're not very fond of it as a buyer's agent either.

Well, I'm a crazy madman today.

I think I'm going to start a secret list, available to only those realtors who are sworn to secrecy and the almighty pinky-swair.

It will be a list of buyers who have pulled out of escrows, pulled out of short sales RIGHT when you get the written approval, and just plain old flaked out.

Then we have a list of these flakey buyers to review when you are considering accepting an offer from them!
