How do you throw a party?

I Have two New construction homes that are just about to be completed, and I would like to throw a nice grand opening bash for them. I was hoping that all you fine Realtors, and Loan officers out there might have some tips, or stories of Brokers opens you went to that blew you away, that I can get ideas from. I look forward to hearing from you on this subject.

I just call my title company and they handle most of it. Sandwiches, drinks, invites the whole 9 yards. If they won't help you e-mail me and I will see how I may help.

Put them in MLS 2 days before the party and let them expire the day of it. Realtors will show up by the dozens! =]

Robin is right many 3rd party vendors will help handle many of the details.

We can not have outside venders help us anymore in Wa State. They/we can ge to trouble with the Real Estate police. So we pay ourself, can be spendy. Just get a keg, they will come. (Joking)
