Have you tried Google Voice

I am thinking this will save The Paris911 Team a lot of time.

Google Voice is a phone system or sorts where you can obtain a local phone number.  When people call that phone number, all of the phones that you enter on the system, ring at the same time.

It gets Better - If you don't answer the call, Caller ID works well, then it will go to Google Voice Mail.  It is transcribed and Texted to your mobile phone.

Not enough - You can add up to 5 phones as far as numbers it will call at the same time.

Here's More - TEXTING from your computer.  You can easily text the numbers that you call with Google Voice.

You can add them to your Google Contacts.  You can do all sorts of Stuff.

If you are anyone in the world - this makes it simple.  The only drawback as I can see has to do with getting your Google Voice in circulation.

Conner - I've signed up for it but just haven't had the time to build out my voicemail and determine how it can be best utilized.  You'll have to keep us posted on how it works for your team.

I use my Google Voice number as my business number.  All of my signs have that number on it. I love Google Voice! I can have it ring on whatever phones I want or all of them.  Love that I get a text when there is a message and love that I have a record for some calls!

Conner...have you see that insurance ? ad on TV that states " when I grow up, I.....", well when I grow up [in this Business] perhaps I / we will go to Google voice for business.  Sounds great--but--around here--not always as predicted.  Am bookmarking this--who knows,

Sounds intriguing for the text aspect alone.  I am going to check into it a little later Connor.
