As we all know, the market has considerably slowed down compared to what happened in 2005 but I thought it might be interesting to see some numbers. These just reflex for Gold Canyon, AZ only:
In 2007, just from July 1 - August 1, there were 17 homes sold and the year before with the same month, only 18 were sold. The stats from those months and years remained quite consistent. In 2005, a whopping 47 properties were sold in just one months time.
Currently we have 362 active properties on the market just in Gold Canyon. Mesa has 4,553 actives. Apache Junction has 568. Wow, this just motivates me to get some buyers :)
I would curious on numbers from any of you in your areas to compare markets.
