Solds over $1,000,000 up 57% vs. 2009 sales in the same price range. Avg. days on market decreased from 113 to 96 with many properties being sold at higher than original list price. What does this mean? Bid wars are not uncommon here in Lexington the most active area of brisk sales occurs under the 1million mark.
