Sutton Woods condos have always been popular.  As one of the few affordable condo choices in Chatham Township where there are open floor plans, walk-in closets, attached garages and a beautiful community with many amenities, this is one community I get many calls about.

Sutton Woods condos were built in the 1990's and come in various sizes, from 1 bedroom units in the $200's to 3 bedrooms in the high $400's to high $500's depending on things like size of rooms, location, basement, updates and upgrades.

Last year, at this time, only 2 condos were sold so activity is well on the rise, although prices have come down a bit since the high of the mid-2000's.  If you're considering downsizing to a condo in the Chatham, Summit area or upgrading to a nicer condo, this is definitely a great time to buy.

Of the Sutton Woods condos for sale, the prices range from $258,000 for a 4 room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath home on the riverview side of River Edge, to $535,000 for a 6 room, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home also on the riverview side of River Edge Drive.
