The inventory of single family detached homes for sale in Reston was about 100 homes active on the market as of the 15th of August 2007 with new contracts running about 20 a month.  Consequently, the absorbtion rate for these homes is about 5 months on the market.  Comparing the closed prices to the original list prices year-to-date ...
