- $ 127.00 - Local Board Dues
- $ 135.00 - C.A.R. Dues
- $ 115.00 - N.A.R. Dues
- $ 129.00 - Eco Broker Dues
- $ 750.00 - Certifications
- $ 800.00 - Ongoing education requirements
And this has NOTHING to do with expenses - advertising, marketing, overhead expense, taxes, etc. which are tens of thousands of dollars.
I'm sure all of us would agree - it is not mathematically easy by any means to be a real estate agent!
