It looks like single family homes fared a bit worse than condo for decrease in sales price.  I still don't think I'd call this a blood bath.

we are sitting on 3 years worth of inventory

Jeff,

As of this moring, the Naples area showed 29.73 months worth of inventory for single family ownership and 29.54 months worth of inventory for condominium ownership.

The area I work in, Pelican Bay in Naples, only has a low rise condominium inventory of 15 months.  I could be wrong but I think the inventory in Naples that has beach access or is on the beach is going to recover faster than other places in Naples further from the beach.
